The average composition of all marine species subject to variations according to season, geographical catch location, size, sex and food they consume. But radical variations undoubtedly a result of re-establishment of muscular (regeneration), derived from the reproductive cycle and accompanied depletion observed catch (Karakoltsidis et al., 1995; Guner et al., 1998; Alasalvar et al., 2002; Grigorakis, 2007). Regarding the average composition, significant variation was observed in fat samples of sardines, mussels and shrimp, but not for cod. Also, all samples are sources of omega-3 fatty acids, with heavy metal concentrations within boundaries of the European Union. Moreover, every kind of analysis submitted catch, described the method used.
