    Time study of canning sterilization with computational fluid dynamics

    In the present study, the sterilization time is cylindrical cans of tomato juice with the help of computational fluid dynamics (CDF). Computational fluid dynamics is a numerical technique used to solve problems related to the flow of fluids also helps in understanding heat transfer, mass and other phenomena without conducting experiments.
