Περίληψη
Η διαπίστωση του βαθμού επιρροής διαφόρων παραγόντων στη χρήση της διατροφικής ετικέτας και η σύγκρισή του με την βιβλιογραφία.Αρχικά έγινε βιβλιογραφική επισκόπηση του θέματος. Στη συνέχεια συμπληρώθηκε και συλλέχτηκε δείγμα 800 ερωτηματολογίων. Εφαρμόστηκε η περιγραφική ανάλυση, καθώς και στατιστικοί έλεγχοι x2 και AN.O.VA., για την εύρεση πιθανών συσχετισμών επιλεγμένων παραγόντων με την χρήση της διατροφικής ετικέτας σε επίπεδο σημαντικότητας p value=0.05. Αυτό πραγματοποιήθηκε με τη βοήθεια του στατιστικού πακέτου I.B.M. Statistical Package for the Social Sciences, (S.P.S.S.) V20.

The data from the 800 questionnaires answered was processed with descriptive statistics and statistical tests in order to reveal factors of possible relevance to the nutrition label usage.
